Position: General Manager – Global Sales

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India (with global travel)
Product Focus: Veineux AR 100 – India's first indigenous, patent-granted 4K AI-powered vein visualization system

Role Overview
The General Manager – Global Sales will spearhead the worldwide sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth for Veineux AR 100. The role requires building and managing international partnerships, distributor networks, and key hospital/healthcare clients while ensuring market penetration across developed and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Sales Strategy – Develop and execute sales plans to expand Veineux AR 100 in domestic and international markets.
- Business Development – Identify, establish, and manage distributor/partner networks across multiple regions (US, EU, Middle East, Asia, Africa, LATAM).
- Revenue & P&L Ownership – Drive revenue targets, manage sales pipeline, and ensure profitability.
- Market Expansion – Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and create go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to each geography.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support – Collaborate with regulatory teams for approvals, certifications, and international compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and healthcare procurement bodies.
- Sales Operations – Establish pricing models, sales policies, and distributor agreements.
- Team Leadership – Lead, train, and mentor regional sales managers and international sales representatives.
- Brand Promotion – Represent Medtra Innovations at global medical expos, trade fairs, and conferences.
- Reporting – Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in global medical device/healthcare technology sales.
- Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets in international markets.
- Strong network within hospitals, healthcare groups, distributors, and procurement channels.
- Experience in managing international teams and sales operations across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory approvals (US FDA, CE, CDSCO, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across global markets.
