• Experience in Contract, Permanent and C2H hiring

• Very strong experience in Sourcing IT profiles and should have worked aggressively on Volume Hiring.

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and skills to match them with suitable job openings.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their experience, skills, and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team.
