Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with a strong background in contract staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and domains for contract roles within India. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT contract positions.
  • Must have experience on contract staffing.
  • Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Negotiate rates and salaries with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IT recruitment market.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian IT job market and contractual hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with different IT technologies and terminologies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
