Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with 0-1 years of experience in handling client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and recruitment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze client requirements for IT positions across different domains.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, & LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback.
  • Negotiate salary, notice period, and other terms with candidates while maintaining transparency.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring client requirements.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
  • Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and database updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-1 years of proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Good understanding of various IT technologies and skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
