Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team and handle the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across India. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills and a passion for matching top talent with the right job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients
  • Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit
  • Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and databases
  • Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and talent market dynamics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job functions (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience using job portals and social media for sourcing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
