
Customer Support Representative

We are looking for experienced professionals in international customer support, and we also welcome passionate freshers with excellent communication skills to join our growing team at Rently – a US-Based SaaS Product Company.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all Rently users.
- Handle support requests primarily through voice support.
- Maintain high-quality standards in customer experience.
- Make real-time decisions to resolve issues effectively.
- Escalate complex requests to the appropriate internal teams.
- Adhere to ISO-certified company security standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in international customer support/voice process preferred.
- Passionate freshers with strong verbal communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts and during weekends (5-day work culture).
