
Customer Support Representative

We are looking for **experienced professionals** in international customer support, and we also welcome **passionate freshers with excellent communication skills** to join our growing team at **Rently - a US-Based SaaS Product Company.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all Rently users.
- Handle support requests primarily through **voice support**.
- Maintain high-quality standards in customer experience.
- Make real-time decisions to resolve issues effectively.
- Escalate complex requests to the appropriate internal teams.
- Adhere to **ISO-certified company security standards**.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in international customer support/voice process preferred.**:
- **Passionate freshers with strong verbal communication skills may also apply.**:
- Excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in **US night shifts** and during weekends (5-day work culture).
