Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers by providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements (Qualification):
- Diploma
- Bachelor's degree .
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and chat support tools.
Good multitasking and time management skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

- Tamil
- English
- Hindi
