Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Shift: Rotational (including nights/weekends)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our UK-based clients. You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant teams when necessary.

  • Guide customers on product features, usage, and best practices.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in any discipline (English Lit preferred).

  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support (training provided).

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic technical proficiency (comfortable using CRM tools).

  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Coimbatore office.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in international customer support (especially UK clients).

  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and support ticketing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
