Job Summary

B-Arm Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for bright, result-oriented candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer care executives ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to their customers or clients by using their skills, expertise, and experience.
  • The only aim is to ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
  • Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high standards.
  • Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on product category and target audience.
  • Reach out to influencers, negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials (if applicable).
  • Acquire and validate the information and providing it to the customers with full efficiency.
  • Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers/clients for future evaluation.
  • Setting up customer accounts and providing relevant information to them.
  • Follow the procedure, and guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting queries.

  • Candidate Should Speak Hindi
  • Should be excellent with their communication skills
  • Should also have strong presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to manage time effectively.
  • Should be able to multi-task.
  • This job strong demands good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be able to adapt to interacting with any client and should have good listening skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.

Education: Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree.

Experience: Freshers

Pay: INR 15K Per Month

Internship Period: 12 Months

Salary after 12 Months: 3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs CTC Per Annum (Based on the performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
