
Customer Support Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
**Sales Coordination**:
- Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Process orders and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer retention.
**Operations Support**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the internal team to gather requirements and ensure the smooth operation of digital marketing projects.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or operations support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Experience in shopify is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
