**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate
**Location**:Coimbatore (On-site)
**Shift**:Rotational (including nights/weekends)
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our UK-based clients. You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Guide customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Degree in any discipline (English Lit preferred).
- Experience: 0-1 year in customer support (training provided).
**Skills**:
- Excellent **English communication** (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic technical proficiency (comfortable using CRM tools).
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work **rotational shifts, including nights and weekends**.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Coimbatore office.
**Good to Have**:
- Prior experience in international customer support (especially UK clients).
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and support ticketing systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

- Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
