**Job Title**: Customer Support
**Location**:Coimbatore (On-site)
**Shift**:Rotational (including nights/weekends) - 8 hour shifts**.**
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our UK-based clients. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our **UK-based clients**, providing timely assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and professional.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Guide customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service.
**Requirements**:
- Education**: Any degree (English Lit preferred).
**- Experience**: 0-1 year in customer support (training provided).
**- Communication**: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
**- Skills**: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and active listening abilities.
**- Technical Skills**: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM or support tools.
**- Flexibility**: Willingness to work rotational 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends.
**Good to Have**:
- Prior experience in international voice support (especially UK clients).
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and support ticketing systems.
Pay: ₹8,868.02 - ₹28,365.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
