**Title: Customer Support Intern**

**Location: Coimbatore**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Customer care executives ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to their customers or clients by using their skills, expertise, and experience.
- The only aim is to ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
- Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high standards.
- Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with open and interactive communication.
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on product category and target audience.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials (if applicable).
- Acquire and validate the information and providing it to the customers with full efficiency.
- Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers/clients for future evaluation.
- Setting up customer accounts and providing relevant information to them.
- Follow the procedure, and guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting queries.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Should be excellent with their communication skills
- Should also have strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and be able to manage time effectively.
- Should be able to multi-task.
- This job strong demands good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to adapt to interacting with any client and should have good listening skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.

**Education**:Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.

**Experience**: Freshers

**Pay**: INR 15K Per Month

**Internship Period**: 12 Months

**Salary after 12 Months**: 3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs CTC Per Annum (Based on the performance)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
