Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for engineering manpower augmentation (Mechanical CAD/CAM/CAE).
  • Understand client requirements, technical needs, and project specifications to offer suitable engineering resources.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams to deliver high-quality resource solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain CRM/lead reports and ensure accurate documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering services: CAD, CAM, CAE, product design, drafting, simulation, etc.
  • Proven experience in manpower augmentation / staffing / engineering services sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and map them to suitable engineering profiles.
  • Strong networking abilities with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
