Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for engineering manpower augmentation (Mechanical CAD/CAM/CAE).
- Understand client requirements, technical needs, and project specifications to offer suitable engineering resources.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams to deliver high-quality resource solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain CRM/lead reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering services: CAD, CAM, CAE, product design, drafting, simulation, etc.
- Proven experience in manpower augmentation / staffing / engineering services sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and map them to suitable engineering profiles.
- Strong networking abilities with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
