We are currently seeking a Business Analyst| SNOW |Developer, Business Analyst, QA to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 technical support for production systems, applications, and services within a 24/7 environment. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests escalated from L1 teams. Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring issues. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business impact, gather technical and functional requirements, and propose effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to L3 or vendor teams while maintaining ownership until resolution. Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify potential problems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
