Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Test Engineer with 5-7 years of work experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, cmdb, Catalog etc), including Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in testing methodologies and a keen understanding of ServiceNow and ATF functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and ALM.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in ServiceNow testing.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications.
• Strong proficiency in using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and ALM.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, cmdb, Catalog)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices.
