Role & responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process: End to End Recruitment by posting job advertisements on job boards
- Process applications: Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientation: Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions to welcome new employees and introduce them to company policies.
- Handle pre-employment tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing background checks and collecting necessary documentation from new hires
