Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven MBA in Marketing or Business Development to lead real estate marketing initiatives across our property portfolio. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, coordinating with brokers and agencies, and driving buyer and investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate dynamics, marketing tools, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including repositioning stressed assets for sale or lease

  • Manage online listings, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and lead generation funnels to attract buyers and investors

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners to expand market reach

  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, teasers, investor decks, and property presentations

  • Organize property tours, investor meetings, and walkthroughs to showcase assets and support sales efforts

  • Conduct market research to analyze local trends, pricing benchmarks, and buyer behavior for strategic positioning

  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics

    Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Real Estate from a recognized institute

  • Prior experience in real estate marketing, property sales, or asset management preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office

  • Self-motivated with a performance-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
