About the Role:

We're looking for smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Chat Support Team. In this role, you'll interact with customers through live chat, resolve their queries, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience — all without phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via live chat and email in a professional, timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or orders
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, billing, etc.) to ensure quick resolution
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with multitasking
  • Ability to stay calm and positive while handling multiple chats
  • Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
