Job Summary:

We seek a passionate cyclist with sales expertise to promote and sell our cycling tours. The ideal candidate must deeply understand bicycles, cycling communities, and adventure travel. If you love cycling and connecting with like-minded individuals, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Customer Engagement

  • Understand different types of bicycles and their purpose to provide the best recommendations to customers.
  • Educate potential clients on our cycling tour offerings and how they align with their interests.

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Convert inbound inquiries into leads and successfully close sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Community Engagement & Events

  • Conduct sales and marketing initiatives at cycling community meet-ups and events.
  • Actively participate in cycling groups and rides to build credibility and expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent post-sale customer support and gather feedback on their experience.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and referrals.

Requirements:

Must be a cyclist passionate about cycling and adventure tours.

Prior experience in sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cycling communities.

Ability to work independently and drive results through proactive marketing efforts.
