Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure business success and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in scientific business management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
