We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ads Expert who can run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads to generate high-quality leads, calls, and WhatsApp messages.

The person should have strong market knowledge and must know how to get accurate results across different types of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
  • Run Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads effectively
  • Set up lead generation ads (forms, messages, calls)
  • Track ad performance and optimize for better results
  • Daily monitoring and adjustment for best ROI
  • Generate real leads that convert to customers
  • Prepare simple reports showing ad performance

Requirements:

  • Must have hands-on experience with both Google and Meta Ads
  • Should know how to create and test multiple ad creatives
  • Good understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy
  • Must have run ads for different businesses (local & online)
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Able to generate calls, WhatsApp leads, and quality inquiries
  • Result-oriented with data-driven approach
  • Should know how to use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with landing pages and lead forms
  • Knowledge of retargeting and conversion tracking
  • Ability to scale campaigns within budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
