Job Title: B2B Sales Director – Wellness Resort
Location: Dehradun & Delhi

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Director to lead and expand our corporate and partnership sales for our luxury wellness resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and innovative business development initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, guide strategy, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and wellness agencies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wellness, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team towards achieving individual and collective goals.
- Oversee and analyze the performance of online advertisements and campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and effective feedback tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
- Represent the resort at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or resort sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales analytics, online marketing, and digital ad performance feedback.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and client satisfaction.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build long-term relationships and partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working with premium resorts, hotels, or wellness brands will be preferred.
