Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Chief of Cluster (CoC) office for Coal Mining operations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of learning and growth
  • Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness
Qualifications

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering (Mining Graduate preferred)
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience with Coal Mining industry knowledge / experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful project management and operational optimization
