**Job Location: Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh**

**Daily Office / Sites Coordination**:Work closely with site supervisors and the design team to ensure that the setup & if any breakdowns happens at locations, then executed according to the project timeline and company expectations.

**Logistics Planning**:Coordinate logistics for the transportation & ensuring that all arrive on time and in excellent condition.

**Strategic planning**: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives for administrative and facilities management.
- Prepare daily reports for internal tracking and analysis
- Implement safety protocols.
- Create / Ensure SOP fulfilment and coordinate regular partner trainings.
- Managing all the invoices and related issues for assigned services.

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, vendor management & coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
