Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in office-based sales or telesales.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in using computers, MS Excel, and email.
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product-based or service-based sales.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools software is a plus.
