Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Manager based in Ernakulam. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, generating leads, managing a sales team, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves setting sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Competence in Sales Operations and strategy implementation
- Experience in Team Management and leadership roles
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
