  • Build rapport with regular guests and create a welcoming environment.
  • Actively engage with customers, answering questions about specialty teas, coffee, and food offerings.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with clearing tables, resetting seating areas, and maintaining cleanliness on the floor.
  • Help with taking orders, processing payments, and operating the POS system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹34,662.25 per month
