**About Us**:
Bai Mu Dan is a café in Pune, known for its ambiance and exceptional dishes. We offer a culinary experience that combines traditional flavors with a modern twist, all served in welcoming environment. We are now looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen operations.

As a Chef at Bai Mu Dan, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, creating innovative dishes, and maintaining high standard of food quality and presentation. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring our menu remains fresh and seasonal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute the daily menu with seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and new offerings.
- Train junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef, Head Chef, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Formal culinary training, passion for food is essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
