Key Responsibilities:
**Learning & Development**: Stay eager to learn new techniques and adapt to various dimsum styles (traditional and contemporary).
**Prepare High-Quality Sushi**: Create a variety of sushi dishes, including sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls, and specialty rolls, ensuring top-notch presentation and flavor.
**Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance the sushi menu, incorporating seasonal and innovative ingredients.
**Ingredient Management**: Ensure the freshness and quality of all seafood and other ingredients by following proper storage and handling practices.
**Kitchen Operations**: Assist in the daily kitchen prep work and ensure that the dimsum section is clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
**Quality Control**: Ensure the consistency and quality of the dimsum, both in flavor and appearance, while adhering to food safety standards.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a harmonious work environment.
Time Management: Ensure timely preparation and service of all dimsum dishes during peak hours.
Food Preparation Assistance:
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
Help in setting up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
Support to Chefs:
Provide support to chefs during service by handling simple tasks under supervision.
Assist in plating dishes, ensuring presentation standards are met.
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of Sushi preparation.
Excellent knife skills and food presentation abilities.
Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
