Loyka, under August Assortments Pvt. Ltd., is a fast-growing brand known for its premium chocolates, desserts, and café experiences. We are expanding our retail and café presence across Mumbai and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to lead multiple outlets, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, preferably from FMCG, QSR, or retail sectors.

Job Summary

The Cluster Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of multiple café outlets, drive business performance, develop teams, and ensure adherence to brand standards. This role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to achieving operational consistency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence

• Manage daily café operations across all outlets within the assigned cluster.
• Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, hygiene, service quality, and safety standards.
• Implement best operational practices from FMCG/QSR sectors.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure FSSAI, statutory, and internal compliance.
• Monitor and optimize operational costs across outlets.

2. Business & Revenue Management

• Drive sales performance to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage P&L for the cluster and ensure sustained profitability.
• Analyze sales trends and business metrics to develop action plans.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local promotions that increase footfall and ticket size.

3. People Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor café managers and frontline staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first mindset.
• Ensure high team morale and low attrition through effective leadership.

4. Supply Chain & Inventory Control

• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and merchandise.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to reduce wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Utilize FMCG-style forecasting methods to improve inventory planning.

5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure consistent, premium customer experience across all outlets.
• Address escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and statutory guidelines (FSSAI, audits, licenses).
• Prepare and present cluster performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Maintain documentation and reporting accuracy across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• MBA / PG in Operations or Retail Management preferred
• 6–9 years of experience in FMCG, QSR, café, or retail operations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-unit/cluster management role
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operational technology
