Position Overview:

As a Human Resource Intern, you will assist our HR team with daily tasks and gain valuable experience in recruitment, employee management, and various HR functions. This internship will give you hands-on experience in HR operations and help you develop professional skills that are essential for your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Help with employee record-keeping and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
  • Provide administrative support in managing employee queries and HR-related tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve company processes and policies.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture and work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and talent management.
  • Good communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior internship or part-time experience in HR or any administrative role is a plus but not required.
