Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Non-IT Recruitment, preferably Manufacturing/Engineering sector)

Qualification: MBA / MSW / MHRM (Human Resources)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic female Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across our manufacturing and engineering divisions. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and hire the best talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions (Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Finance, Admin, etc.).
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, consultants, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with respective managers.
  • Manage candidate pipeline, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for management review.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and gender diversity requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing/non-IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & ATS/HRMS tools.
  • Professional attitude with a passion for people management.
