Job Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, attendance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel information.
  • Administer HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, agreements and HR policies.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, events and employee recognition programs.
