Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.

Your work profile:

We are looking for a Manager – Order Management & Inventory with 8–15 years of experience in leading order-to-cash and inventory operations within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The role focuses on driving process efficiency, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle EBS Order Management and Inventory functions.
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock visibility, and transaction integrity.
• Configure and optimize OM and INV modules for improved performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams for seamless integration.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance initiatives.
• Lead UAT, system upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.
• Manage team performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in Order Management and Inventory within Oracle EBS R12.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering, Supply Chain, or MBA background preferred.
