Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Inventory & CRM Executive
to help streamline Shukra's backend operations. This role involves managing our
inventory database and CRM system (Zoho)
, ensuring that product, fabric, and order information is always accurate, updated, and accessible. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
building efficient systems
, maintaining
inventory accuracy
, and supporting
smooth coordination between production, sales, and design teams
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update inventory records for fabrics, trims, finished garments, and accessories.
- Manage and organize data in
Zoho CRM
(or similar platforms) to track client orders, production status, and stock levels.
- Develop and implement
inventory management systems and SOPs
for better control and traceability.
- Track consumption and replenishment cycles, flagging low stock or reorder needs.
- Support cataloging of new collections, SKUs, and product attributes (fabric, size, color, etc.).
- Coordinate with production and design teams to record incoming/outgoing material accurately.
- Prepare reports on inventory health, pending orders, and movement trends.
- Assist in digitizing workflows, ensuring data accuracy across physical and digital systems.
- Help ensure synchronization between inventory, sales, and customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
in inventory, operations, or CRM roles (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong proficiency with
CRM and ERP platforms
(Zoho, Airtable, or similar).
- Excellent
Excel/Google Sheets
and data management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to create structured systems from dynamic, creative processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in the fashion/luxury space and appreciation for craftsmanship.
