Ayka is a leading manufacturer of medical packaging and sterilization monitoring products, serving hospitals and healthcare institutions across India and abroad.

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day order dispatches, inventory coordination between our factory and corporate office, and data maintenance on Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily inventory and stock movement between factory and Delhi warehouse
  • Coordinate product dispatches and ensure timely deliveries
  • Update and reconcile data across Google Sheets and dashboards (Looker Studio)
  • Communicate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
  • Track inward/outward stock, courier movements, and material transfers
  • Generate MIS reports and analytical summaries for management review

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management
  • Strong command of
    Google Sheets / MS Excel
    (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting)
  • Ability to create and automate reports using
    Looker Studio
    or similar BI tools
  • High attention to
    data accuracy and integrity
  • Familiarity with
    ERP or logistics software
    (e.g., Tally, Zoho Inventory) is an advantage
  • Excellent
    organizational, analytical, and communication
    skills
