Your work profile:

The Oracle EBS Manufacturing Track Lead is responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing modules. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are optimized, standardized, and aligned with enterprise goals. The Manufacturing Track Lead provides subject matter expertise across production, planning, and supply chain operations while overseeing the delivery of end-to-end Oracle EBS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning, shop floor execution, and quality control.
• Manage and optimize Oracle EBS modules – WIP, BOM, Costing, and Inventory.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance for integrated operations.
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and data accuracy.
• Lead manufacturing teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Support ERP enhancements, testing, and system upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or later), specifically in Manufacturing modules.
• Hands-on configuration experience with core modules such as:
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Inventory (INV)
• Cost Management (CST)
• Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP/MRP)
• Quality, MES, or EAM (optional but preferred)
• Proven experience leading Oracle EBS manufacturing implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, process, or hybrid).
• Knowledge of integrations between Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Financial modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or coexistence environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, shop floor automation, or IoT integration.
• Oracle certification or PMP credential preferred.
• Exposure to highly regulated industries (pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
