The team

The Team strategic growth team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.

In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Your work profile

Experience

Looking for an OIC Consultant with strong experience in building, deploying, and supporting integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems. The role involves designing integration flows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth data exchange across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrations using OIC (Integrations, PCS, VBCS, File Server, API Gateway)
• Build REST/SOAP-based integrations, orchestration flows, and scheduled jobs
• Work on mapping, lookups, connections, and adapters (Fusion, DB, FTP, REST/SOAP, ERP/SCM/HCM adapters)
• Handle error management, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Support Fusion-to-OIC and OIC-to-external system integrations
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during SIT, UAT, and production phases
• Prepare design documents, integration specs, and deployment documentation

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in OIC integrations end-to-end
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (real-time, batch, orchestration, event-based)
• Experience with APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT mappings
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP/SCM/HCM)
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP services, OAuth, security policies
• Knowledge of VBCS or PCS is an advantage
• Solid debugging and issue-resolution skills

Desired qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Commerce/Technology or equivalent.
