Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, purchasing, compliance, and negotiation. This role is crucial for managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and industry standards.

Oversee purchasing processes, including vendor selection, negotiation of terms, and contract management.

Conduct financial analyses to support purchasing decisions and manage costs effectively.

Monitor and manage cash flow, including performing bank reconciliations and preparing cash forecasts.

Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations and support overall business objectives.

Provide guidance on financial compliance matters and promote best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/M.Com) or Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a focus on Finance.

Experience:

2-5 years in a relevant accounting or finance role.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven negotiation skills with experience in vendor management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
