Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting processes, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial operations.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure accurate, timely closure of accounts.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance.
  • Experience in handling audits and compliance is a must.
