Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and achieving sales targets for our real estate projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans to promote property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, brokers, and property portals.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and investors.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, campaigns, and project launches.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
  • Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and customer preferences
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate sales software
  • Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Preferred Attributes:Existing network of clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Experience in selling residential apartments, commercial spaces, plots, or villas
  • Ability to handle high-value negotiations and HNI clients
