Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our business development and sales strategy in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) industry across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the PEB market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of generating business through industrial, warehousing, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team across Gujarat.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure segments.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share in the PEB industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PEB systems, steel structures, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Understanding of pricing, estimation, and tendering processes.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience (Industry-best package + Incentives)
