We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking experienced Sales Executives to expand our market presence in the Vadodara to Ahmedabad and Vapi to Mumbai regions. Job Summary: We are looking for two highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives with a proven track record in the PEB sector. These individuals will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in their respective assigned regions.Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the PEB sector, including industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users.Conduct thorough site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide tailored PEB solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.Maintain excellent customer service and provide post-sales support.Requirements: 5+ years proven experience as a Sales Executive in the PEB industry.Strong understanding of PEB structures, design principles, and construction methods.Established network of contacts within the construction and industrial sectors in the assigned region.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.The ability to speak local languages in the assigned region is a strong plus.Regions: Vadodara to Ahmedabad RegionVapi to Mumbai RegionBenefits: Competitive salary and commission structure.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Travel expenses.Experience Required: 5+ years LOCATION: SURAT
