Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and consistent follow-up. This role requires a proactive approach to market research and lead generation, as well as collaboration with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of project planning, estimation, and budget management in civil construction
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Prior experience in project management or construction industry is a plus
