About The Role
We are looking for a
Pre-Sales Document Specialist
who can create
visually compelling pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in
data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling
, with the ability to translate complex solutions into simple, impactful narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft graphically rich client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and pitch decks.
  • Analyze and interpret data to derive insights and showcase them through the right graphs, charts, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create customized industry-specific decks.
  • Ensure presentations align with branding, storytelling, and client requirements.
  • Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and visuals for quick turnaround.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and chart selection (bar, line, pie, waterfall, heat maps, etc.).
  • Ability to convert data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong eye for design aesthetics + business storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics.
  • 3–6 years in pre-sales documentation, presentation design, or sales enablement.
  • Exposure to IT/Software services or consulting preferred.
