We specialize in providing comprehensive treasury management solutions to emerging and mid-sized companies, helping them optimize liquidity, manage risks, and achieve greater financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager / Senior Manager , you will be responsible for:
•Identifying and generating new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach to potential clients.
•Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and targets.
•Engaging with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and tailoring solutions.
•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs efficiently.
•Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with Worthy Advisors.
•Negotiating contracts with clients.
•Working in collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What we are looking for
- Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development within the BFSI or Fintech industry.
- Preferred Profiles:
Relationship Managers (RMs) / Key Account Managers (KAMs) from Banks, Insurance Companies, Investment Advisory Firms, or Fintech Product Companies. - Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persevering, enthusiastic, motivated, and self-driven.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Availability:
Candidates who can join immediately at our Bangalore office are preferred.
Compensation:
As per industry standards.
Structure: Fixed + Variable (Attractive incentive structure to reward performance).
