Business Development Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
- Understand client needs and pitch tailored IT and Cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Work closely with the technical team for smooth project delivery.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Desired Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales (Cloud or IT domain preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to prospect via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Eager to learn and grow in AWS, Azure, and Cloud services.
