Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager Multispecialty Coding to lead and enhance the quality framework of our coding operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned expert in healthcare coding with a strong background in quality assurance, team leadership, and multispecialty domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quality assurance for multispecialty medical coding projects
  • Lead audit processes, identify error trends, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts and coding professionals
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to promote coding accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with US-based clients to ensure quality SLAs are met
  • Stay updated on industry standards, coding updates, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in medical coding, including at least 5 years focused on coding quality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management roles
  • In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines across specialties: EM ED Denial etc.
  • Certification preferred: CCS, CPC, or equivalent (AHIMA/AAPC)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
